The Brikama Area Council staff were out on a tax collection mission. On Monday the 8th April, the said council staff went to a shop belonging to Amadou Jobarteh at the Mbalit Juction in Brikama Nyambai. According to Mr. Jobarteh he told the staff of the council that he is going to pay to the Account number provided on the Council's invoice but they insisted that he should pay to them in cash. After some confrontation he was told that you cannot pay less than D10.000 in to the account. According
