Terrifying History on Instagram: "On October 22, 2018, former police chief Timothy Dean traveled from his home in Missouri to Liverpool, New York. Using a rental car secured with the help of a fellow former officer, Bron Bohlar, Dean ambushed and fatally shot 28-year-old Joshua Niles and 24-year-old Amber Washburn in their driveway. The attack was motivated by a bitter custody dispute, as Niles had recently gained custody of the two children he shared with Dean’s wife, Charlene Childers. Evidenc
