This week’s training has been all about control sitting in that uncomfortable middle ground most people avoid. Long Zone 2 & 3 sessions to build the engine, a couple of threshold efforts to test it, strength work to hold it together, and one gritty HYROX session to bring it all home. It’s not the flashy stuff that gets you ready it’s the boring, consistent work. Every rep, every metre, every session stacking up for Poznań next month. Quiet miles now.
